Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress, born May 26th 1978, at Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997) are among her best-known films. Ana Paula Oliveira became a participant in the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. Her current role is analyst overseeing the Assassination Witness project, and is a core member of GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. At GI-TOC, her research is focused on the assassination of people in the context that involve illegal economics. Interests in research include the impacts of organized crime on law, policy and laws pertaining in relation to human rights. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) with an LL.M. She also holds an LL.M. on Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula is a graduate from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the magnacum laude diploma with a degree in Legal as well as Social Sciences. She is a licensed lawyer and has worked in an attorney firm that specialized in public law litigation for over four years. In addition, she held a variety of assisting positions at two non-governmental organizations, Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
